About Me

The first time I had a reiki session, I thought I was going to fall asleep on the table before it even started.

I was that relaxed.

During the session, I drifted in and out of sleep, and felt energy moving within and around me.

After that session, I felt lighter and became aware that my feelings, thoughts, and attitudes toward some aspects of my life and myself were shifting.

I was hooked.

About the Reiki

My reiki practice is a tender newborn, and so is this page. It's growing, so please check back. For now, it's just the facts.
Let the waters settle, and you will see the moon and the stars mirrored in your own being.
